Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• At least five (5) years of experience in a bank or financial institution.
• Good knowledge of branch banking products, services, and operations.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations reviews, audit findings, and corrective action plans.
• Monitor operational risks, exceptions, and branch performance.
• Manage fraud investigations and resolution of operational irregularities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely submission of reports.
• Coordinate with branches and Head Office units to address operational concerns.
• Recommend policy enhancements and process automation to improve branch efficiency.
