Job summary

ConnectOS in Metro Manila is seeking a seasoned bookkeeper/finance operator for a hybrid role. You will manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, payments, and month-end close with accurate GL coding in Xero.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance operations.
• Strong experience in AP, AR, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Advanced knowledge of Xero, GL coding, and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, billing, payment tracking, and supplier payments.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
• Maintain financial records, update Xero, and ensure accurate GL coding.
• Support month-end, year-end, and financial reporting activities.
• Investigate finance and operational issues and implement practical solutions.
• Maintain accurate finance, billing, project, and operational records through Xero and ConnectWise.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, workflow efficiencies, and stronger financial controls.
• Provide ad hoc finance and operational support while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
