Job summary

MicroSourcing International in Metro Manila is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper / Virtual Management Accountant (AU) for a permanent work-from-home role with day shift aligned to Australian time. The role services Australian clients, performing Xero payroll, reconciliations, invoicing, BAS/IAS, and cash flow forecasting while using DEXT and Hubdocs.

You will lead and deliver accurate bookkeeping, manage client email inboxes, and provide timely management reporting.

Qualifications

• Bookkeeping experience with Australian clients.
• Proficiency in Xero and DEXT/Hubdocs.
• Experience with Xero payroll, reconciliations, invoicing, and BAS/IAS preparation and reporting.
• Experience with cash flow forecasting and budget preparation.
• Experience in Xero Projects tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform XERO Payroll processing including timesheets, superannuation, and PAYG compliance.
• Handle bank reconciliation and Balance Sheet reconciliation.
• Process bills using DEXT and Hubdocs.
• Prepare payables and receivables reports.
• Manage sales invoicing.
• Conduct XERO Projects tracking and reporting.
• Complete end-to-end preparation of BAS/IAS.
• Prepare management reports, cashflow forecasts, and budgets.
• Manage the client accounts email inbox.
• Provide a high level of professional service to clients in an accurate and timely manner.
• Deliver quality bookkeeping tasks and report on any problem areas.

Your Role

As a Senior Bookkeeper, you will:
