Your role:

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeper to support the day-to-day financial operations of the business. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting with routine bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with cloud-based accounting and financial platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process invoices, bills, and payments in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, and payment records.
• Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks.
• Monitor and reconcile customer payments processed through Stripe.
• Manage bills and payment workflows using Bill.com.
• Assist with month-end reconciliations and basic financial reporting.
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
• Help resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
• Support the finance team with other bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a bookkeeping, accounting, or similar finance role.
• Experience using QuickBooks for day-to-day bookkeeping.
• Exposure to Stripe or Bill.com is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping fundamentals and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with month-end close and basic financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working with cloud-based accounting and financial software is a plus.
