Job summary

D2B is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper in Manila to own the day-to-day financial engine. Reporting to CFO/Head of Finance, this hands-on role maintains immaculate books, reconciles accounts, and ensures compliance across AR, AP, payroll, and statutory reporting.

You will use Xero and Hubdoc, handle high-volume AR/AP, payroll cycles, BAS/IAS filings, and month-end close while coordinating with growers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Bookkeeper or Senior Accounts Officer with end-to-end bookkeeping
• Strong knowledge of Xero and Hubdoc in daily operations
• Understanding of GST, BAS, IAS, PAYG withholding, and STP
• Ability to manage high-volume AR/AP and perform thorough reconciliations

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable, allocate payments, and reconcile accounts
• Process supplier bills via Hubdoc and Xero; run weekly payments and maintain supplier records
• Oversee payroll processing (fortnightly/monthly) and lifecycle changes including STP
• Perform bank reconciliations and month-end close; investigate discrepancies
• Prepare and lodge BAS, IAS, and state payroll tax reporting on time
