Job summary

People Work Smart Services Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to establish and support finance operations, including the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

You will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, process invoices, and maintain accurate financial records while aligning with leadership to build scalable financial systems. The role involves ERP deployment, process improvement, and collaboration with finance teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Bookkeeper or equivalent finance role.
• Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and ledger maintenance.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations and finance process improvements.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Angeles, Pampanga and UK shift (Mid shift).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for the business.
• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Support ERP implementation and ongoing optimisation of Dynamics 365 BC.
