Job summary

LGT BUSINESS CONSULTANCY SERVICES in the Philippines is seeking a skilled Business Central Developer to design, develop, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions, focusing on AL development, ERP integrations, automation, and cloud storage optimization.

The successful candidate will work with internal stakeholders to customize Business Central, integrate with external platforms, automate finance and procurement workflows, and enhance system performance and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS or related field.
• 5+ years of software/ERP/business app development experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Business Central AL development.
• Experience creating extensions, tables, pages, reports, and codeunits.
• Experience with BC APIs, REST, webhooks, JSON, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with Power Platform and ERP integrations.
• Knowledge of finance, procurement, purchasing, billing, inventory, and assets.
• Experience with Azure Storage, SharePoint, and cloud document workflows.
• Scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, PHP, or VBA is a plus.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop BC extensions, APIs, and integrations with external systems.
• Automate Fixed Asset and General Journal processes; optimize workflows.
• Manage attachment workflows in SharePoint/Azure Storage and document mgmt.
• Implement procurement/CAPEX validation rules and Power Automate alerts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from requirements to deployment and support.
