Booth in the Philippines is seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper to manage full-cycle accounting and support month-end close. You will handle AP/AR, journal entries, reconciliations, and analytics under the Staff Accountant guidance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of progressive accounting experience, including prior experience assisting with a full-cycle close.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with QBO/Xero.

Responsabilités

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Prepare and post manual journal entries, including accruals and prepayments.
• Support intercompany reconciliations and provide schedules for auditors.
• Help investigate variances from monthly budget-vs-actual analysis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
