Qualifications

• Minimum of 3‑6+ years of proven bookkeeping experience, with a focus on complex cleanup projects.
• Deep, hands‑on expert‑level experience with QuickBooks Online/Desktop.
• Advanced experience with automated document fetching and AP management tools.

Responsibilities

• Clean up and reconcile 2‑3 years of historical bookkeeping records.
• Investigate unclear transactions and assign correct categories.
• Categorize and reconcile transactions from bank feeds.
