Job summary

TOA Global is hiring an Intermediate Bookkeeper in the Philippines for a fully remote, full-time role. You will manage end-to-end payroll, BAS/IAS drafts, and end-to-end bookkeeping for Australian small business clients.

Collaboration with Australian practice leads and client stakeholders is essential. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of Australian bookkeeping and payroll experience, with proficiency in Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks Online and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Australian bookkeeping and payroll experience.
• Proficient with cloud accounting platforms and payroll modules.
• Strong knowledge of Australian GST, BAS/IAS, PAYG and STP processes.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll and STP filings for client portfolios.
• Perform daily bank, AR, AP reconciliations and GL maintenance.
• Draft BAS/IAS and monthly client-ready financial reports.
• Communicate with Australian client representatives to resolve queries and clarify documentation.
