Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture or equivalent.
• 4 years of experience with BIM software on BIM projects.
• Experience in a design consulting firm.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Overseas work experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, systematic approach, and adherence to drawing standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate models with disciplines using Navisworks to minimize clashes.
• Mentor junior modellers and delegate tasks.
• Support drawing production with AutoCAD/Revit.
• Report to BIM Coordinator and provide project updates.
• Ensure models meet EIR and project standards.
