Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a BIM Manager to lead the BIM information management for major projects. You will implement BEPs, manage BIM execution, and coordinate with global teams to align with client needs and Arcadis standards.

The role requires deep experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Bentley tools, plus strong communication and coordination abilities. Based in the Philippines, this position emphasizes global collaboration within Arcadis’ GEC framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture or equivalent BIM-related certification.
• 10+ years of BIM experience on multi-discipline projects preferred.
• Provide Revit and AutoCAD support for design projects and coordinate modeling.
• Lead project teams with Revit modeling, content creation, and coordination.
• Strong proficiency with Bentley tools (ProjectWise, MicroStation, OpenRoads, OpenBuildings).
• Experience with ACC and Navisworks for project collaboration.
• Develop drawings using Visio, Bluebeam, CAD outputs.
• Overseas project experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of BIM information management.
• Deliver BIM processes and establish BEP with client and delivery teams.
• Be primary contact for software development and testing of BIM requirements.
• Prepare and own BEPs based on Arcadis standards.
• Ensure BIM modelling meets quality requirements per Arcadis IMS.
• Review BIM processes across projects and ensure consistency.
• Provide technical advice to BIM resources and teams.
• Coordinate with Project Director/Manager and client on progress and changes.
