Job summary

The BIM (Building Information Modelling) Engineer will create, manage, and coordinate digital BIM models for construction and engineering projects in the Philippines. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to optimize project execution and BIM workflow.

You should have strong BIM software skills (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD), experience with clash detection, and a solid understanding of MEP and structural systems within BIM environments to support design and delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in BIM roles in construction, architecture or engineering.
• Proficiency in BIM software, especially Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of building systems integration within BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and update 3D BIM models for construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to integrate building systems.
• Maintain BIM execution plans and standards for projects.
• Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts.
• Produce BIM-related documentation and reports.
• Provide training and support on BIM tools to team members.
• Ensure data quality and version control of BIM models.
