Job summary

Arcadis in Manila seeks an experienced BIM Lead to lead and deliver BIM model and drawing production for large projects, ensuring high-quality outputs that comply with project standards.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage clash detection, and support BIM Execution Plans and project delivery strategies, working with BIM Managers and engineers.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of BIM experience, Revit/Navisworks proficiency, ISO 19650 familiarity, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or related field; BIM certification preferred.
• 8+ years of BIM software experience on multidisciplinary projects.
• Proficient with Revit and Navisworks; experience with CDEs.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate BIM model and drawing production across multidisciplinary teams.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to BIM Manager.
• Delegate workloads to BIM modellers and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage clash detection, coordination reviews, and resolution of model conflicts.
• Develop and maintain federated BIM models for coordination.
• Ensure models and data comply with BIM standards and ISO 19650.
• Oversee model health checks, data validation, quality assurance, and document control in CDE.
• Mentor BIM modellers and provide technical guidance.
• Support setup and continuous improvement of BIM workflows on large projects.
