Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a BIM professional to assist the BIM Coordinator in delivering projects on schedule. The role covers drawing setup, production, and submission, while leading the team to implement CAD/Revit standards and drive process improvements.

Required are a Civil/Architecture degree and at least 3 years in Revit; Dynamo experience is a plus. Strong communication and teamwork will be essential in this design consultancy environment in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• At least 3 years of experience with Revit; Dynamo is an advantage.
• Experience in a design consulting firm is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Overseas experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist BIM Coordinator to deliver projects with target goals and dates.
• Perform three stages of drawing work: setup, production, submission.
• Lead the team in drawing production and CAD/Revit standardization.
• Provide direction on CAD and Revit technologies and process improvements.
• Check quality and supervise drafting resources for project delivery.
