Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking a Billing Specialist III in Metro Manila to manage prebills for resident billing, verify submeter/RUBS billing, and support legacy workflows.

This role acts as a cross-functional expert and primary contact for corrections, validation, and policy exceptions, leveraging system access and institutional knowledge to ensure accuracy and compliance. You will collaborate with Operations and Account Management, perform billing audits, and maintain documentation and templates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; business/accounting education preferred.
• 3+ years in billing operations, accounts receivable, or related roles.
• Experience with billing and manual processes, bulk imports, non-automated workflows.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Account Management.
• Advanced access in billing or CRM systems; strong emphasis on accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to document SOPs, macros, and templates; handle sensitive data discretely.

Responsibilities

• Perform prebilling functions, including research, audits, corrections, and escalations.
• Create and manage prebills for resident billing, including submeter/RUBS data.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve setup, correction, and missing bill issues.
• Serve as the sole point of contact for prebills.
• Confirm resident and account information with Account Managers for accurate billing.
• Act as a SME for legacy billing SOPs and processes.
• Maintain advanced system expertise as Salesforce/Nexus Super-Users.
• Provide guidance on historical workarounds and policy-related exceptions.
