Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking a Billing Specialist III in Manila to manage complex prebills for resident billing, monitor submeter and RUBS billing, validate accuracy, and serve as the primary contact for corrections and legacy workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; business/accounting coursework preferred.
• 3+ years in billing operations, utility billing, AR, or related roles.
• Experience handling billing, bulk imports, or non-automated workflows.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Account Management is essential.
• Advanced access to billing or CRM systems and Super-User capabilities.
• Strong understanding of billing accuracy, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Ability to document processes, SOPs, and macros.
• Discretion handling sensitive customer and resident data.

Responsibilities

• Perform prebilling, research, audits, corrections, and escalations.
• Create and manage prebills for resident billing including submeter/RUBS data.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve account setup, correction, and missing bill issues.
• Act as the sole point of contact for prebills.
• Confirm resident/account information with Account Managers for accuracy.
• Serve as SME for legacy billing SOPs and processes.
• Maintain advanced system expertise as Salesforce Super-User and Nexis legacy role.
• Provide operational guidance on historical workarounds and exceptions.
