Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Senior Data Analyst (Business Intelligence Developer) to design, develop, test, and deploy BI solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, QlikView, QlikSense, and Tableau. Integrations include Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Teams, and external data sources via Power Automate.

You will partner with users, product owners, and data engineers to translate business needs into dashboards and data models, mentoring juniors and ensuring high-quality performance across BI projects.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field with Business Intelligence.
Experience: 5+ years hands-on BI development experience with Power BI, QlikView or QlikSense.
Hybrid work arrangement: onsite and remote work options depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with users, product owners & data engineers to design, develop and maintain BI solutions (apps, dashboards, interactive reporting).
Design and develop Canvas and Model-Driven Apps using Dataverse, SharePoint, or other backends.
Build custom connectors and leverage Dataverse for data modeling and management.
