Job summary

QBE Group Shared Services Centre in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Claims MI Lead to direct operational activities, manage a team of MI Officers, and ensure compliance with procedures while delivering insights.

You will analyze claims data, develop reports, and present to senior stakeholders, driving continuous improvement and aligning with business targets. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in BI/analytics are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• At least 5 years' relevant experience in Power BI, SAS Base, SAS EG, SQL, Tableau.
• Experience managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver strategy and business targets.
• Develop and audit claims procedures to ensure compliance.
• Provide analytical support by monitoring claims data and trends.
• Report to stakeholders and manage relationships with senior leaders.
• Organize staff meetings and coach team members.
