Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• At least 5 years' relevant experience in Power BI, SAS Base, SAS EG, SQL, Tableau.
• Experience managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the MI Officers to deliver timely, accurate BI insights.
• Support the implementation of team strategy to meet business targets.
• Audit and improve claims procedures for legal compliance and risk reduction.
• Monitor claims data to identify trends and support profitability.
