Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Solid data analysis, extraction and management techniques for insurance portfolios.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools and creating reports for multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Data Collection: Gather data from databases, spreadsheets and software systems ensuring accuracy.
• Report Creation: Design and develop reports, dashboards and visualizations communicating insights clearly.
• Data Integrity: Clean and validate data, resolve discrepancies and ensure quality.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor product line performance, identify trends and inform design/reporting decisions.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on reporting techniques and improve processes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business analysts to understand reporting needs.
• Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
