Job summary

QBE Group Shared Services Centre is seeking a leader to provide direction and coordination of operational activities within the team, ensuring claims management information and analysis reach key stakeholders and support decision making.

You will supervise MI Officers, drive process improvements, and deliver accurate, timely reports while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and QBE policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• At least 5 years' experience in Power BI, SAS Base, SAS EG, SQL and Tableau.
• Experience managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the team strategy to enable delivery of overall business targets.
• Lead projects related to business improvement.
• Create, maintain and audit claims procedures to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
• Continually monitor claims data, identify trends and provide analytical support to the Claims department.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure service meets requirements and provide timely reports.
• Lead day-to-day influx of the Claims officers and supervise workload and training needs.
