Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Math or Statistics.
5–10 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, Data Management or Business Analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX and data modelling).
Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
Experience with Azure data and analytics services.
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Proven track record delivering analytics projects in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.
Build and optimize data models, datasets, and reporting frameworks.
Perform advanced analytics and exploratory data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop automated reporting solutions using SQL, Python, Azure, and Power Platform.
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and performance of BI solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
Translate business needs into analytical and technical solutions.
Provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
