Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in business analysis or analytics within a call centre or similar operations.
Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations and present to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth business and operational analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and impacts across CCC initiatives.
Define, track, and communicate pre- and post-release success measures against actual results; identify drivers of variance.
Develop and maintain data models and reporting views for consistent tracking of initiative impacts.
Communicate complex problems and data-driven insights to stakeholders at different levels of the organization, including senior audiences.
Excel and Tableau-based reporting, dashboards, and operational performance metrics.
