Sun Life Financial is seeking a Senior Best Practice Consultant to lead business analysis, insight discovery, and value realization for critical Client Care Centre initiatives. You will collaborate with leaders across functions to interpret results, challenge assumptions, and communicate insights clearly to senior audiences.

The role emphasizes in-depth analysis, data modeling, and practical recommendations to improve performance and inform strategic decisions in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Analytics or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in business analysis, operational performance, analytics or continuous improvement.
• Experience in a Call Centre or similar operations environment is an asset.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis.
• Working proficiency in Tableau, including dashboards and reporting views.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis, insight discovery, and value realization for CCC initiatives.
• Define, track, and communicate pre- and post-release success measures and variances.
• Develop data models and reporting views to monitor initiative impacts.
• Communicate complex problems and data-driven insights to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business leaders, Business Analytics, and cross-functional teams.
