Job summary

Sun Life Philippines is seeking a Senior Best Practice Consultant to lead business analysis, insight discovery, and value realization for Client Care Centre initiatives. You will tackle complex operational problems, translate analysis into actionable recommendations, and support confident decision-making.

You will develop and maintain data models and reporting views, communicating insights to senior stakeholders and ensuring reliable access to performance metrics across CCC programs.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
• Experience translating complex business problems into data-driven recommendations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth business and operational analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities across CCC initiatives.
• Define, track, and communicate pre- and post-release success measures and driver variance.
• Develop and maintain data models and reporting views to monitor initiative impacts and provide reliable performance metrics.
• Communicate complex problems and insights to stakeholders at different levels of the organization, including senior audiences.
