Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Senior Benefit Analyst to own the administration, analysis, and optimization of US health, welfare, retirement, and equity programs in a high-growth, remote-first environment. You will serve as the go-to expert on benefits and equity, ensuring accurate deductions, timely reporting, and compliant programs across the business.

You will partner with Payroll, Finance, and HR leadership to reconcile invoices, build dashboards, support audits and filings, and drive data-informed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in US benefits administration or analysis.
• Direct experience supporting equity compensation programs such as UARs and RSUs.
• Advanced knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA.
• Advanced Excel skills, pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and HRIS experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Administer and analyze US health, welfare, retirement, and equity programs (including UARs and RSUs) with accuracy and compliance
• Reconcile monthly benefits invoices and dig into discrepancies to find and fix their root causes
• Partner with Payroll to ensure correct benefit deductions and timely retroactive adjustments
• Build reporting and dashboards that track enrollment accuracy, billing variances, and equity activity
• Drive data-informed process improvements while supporting audits, annual filings, and vendor performance reviews
