Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Senior Analyst to design and scale advanced analytics models and tooling that optimize transportation networks, reduce shipping costs, and drive EBITDA growth. You will develop and enhance key tools such as carrier performance dashboards, routing optimizers, and cost benchmarking engines.

This remote role requires 4–6+ years of analytics experience, strong SQL (Snowflake/Starburst), advanced Excel, and Power BI proficiency.

Qualifications

4 to 6+ years of analytics experience, ideally in transportation, supply chain, logistics, or ecommerce operations.
Strong SQL skills with Snowflake/Starburst; able to write and optimize complex queries.
Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency, including dashboards and DAX measures.
Excellent written and verbal English; comfortable presenting to US-based leaders.
Self-directed problem solver, able to scope ambiguous questions and deliver insights.

Responsibilities

Design and scale analytics models and tooling to optimize transportation cost, speed, and network performance.
Own and enhance carrier dashboards, routing optimizers, chargeback systems, and cost benchmarking engines.
Deliver predictive and real-time reporting on KPIs such as transit time, on-time delivery, and freight spend.
Provide fast ad-hoc decision support with a 24-hour SLA.
Collaborate cross-functionally and support automation for scalable analytics solutions.
