Job summary

LUXASIA Philippines is seeking a Senior Training Executive to elevate product knowledge, selling capabilities, and customer service across our retail teams.

You will deliver classroom, virtual and in-store training, coach field teams, and develop engaging materials, partnering with Retail Operations and Brand teams to ensure readiness for launches and campaigns.

Travel will be required to support field development and performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.
• 3–5 years in training/learning and development or beauty retail.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willing to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, virtual, and in-store training sessions on product knowledge and selling skills.
• Conduct onboarding and certification programs for new hires.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and field visits to elevate performance.
• Develop and update training materials and assessments.
