Job summary

Jollibee Group North America is seeking a Senior Barista to lead a busy cafe team in Makati. The role involves directing barista operations, ensuring exceptional drink quality and guest service, and driving innovative beverage offerings.

You will mentor staff and uphold the bar's standards in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in a Head/Senior Barista role, strong specialty coffee knowledge, and a passion for delivering memorable experiences to guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years as Head Barista or Senior Barista in a fast-paced, high-volume coffee shop or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee and tea preparation, including brewing methods and flavour profiles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of baristas; provide training and guidance for consistency in drinks and service.
• Oversee daily coffee bar operations to maintain high beverage quality and guest experience.
• Develop and launch innovative coffee and tea items to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue and loyalty.

This full-time Senior Baristarole at Jollibee Group is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of baristas and contribute to the exceptional customer experience.

What youll be doing

• Manage and motivate a team of baristas, providing training and guidance to ensure consistent drink preparation and excellent customer service
• Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the coffee bar, ensuring the highest standards of beverage quality and customer service.
• Develop and implement innovative coffee and tea-based menu items to enhance the customer experience
• Ensure the coffee bar is well-maintained, clean, and organised at all times
• Assist with the implementation of sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue and increase customer loyalty

What were looking for

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Head Barista or Senior Barista in a fast-paced, high-volume coffee shop or restaurant environment
• Preferrably with strong knowledge of specialty coffee and tea preparation, including an understanding of different brewing methods, flavour profiles, and trends
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a memorable experience for guests
• Latter art experience is a must
