Job summary

Jollibee Group of Companies is hiring a Senior Barista for its newly acquired cafe brands Common Man Coffee Roasters and Tiong Bahru Bakery in the Philippines. Lead a team of baristas, ensuring top-notch drink quality and service in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee daily operations, train staff, develop innovative coffee and tea offerings, maintain a clean, organized bar, and contribute to sales initiatives while delivering a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Head/Senior Barista experience in a high-volume cafe.
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee and tea preparation and brewing methods.
• Excellent customer service and ability to create memorable guest experiences.
• Latte art experience is a must.
• Passion for hospitality and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a team of baristas to maintain quality and service.
• Oversee daily operations of the coffee bar with high standards.
• Develop and implement innovative drinks to enhance guest experience.
• Keep the coffee bar clean, organized and well-maintained.
• Support marketing initiatives to drive revenue and loyalty.
