Qualifications

• Able to work efficiently under pressure and during high-volume service.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bar team during assigned shifts and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Ensure all beverages are prepared according to Punched Coffee standards and recipes
• Maintain consistency in espresso extraction, milk steaming, drink presentation, and beverage quality
• Monitor service speed, workflow, and station organization during peak hours
• Conduct regular checks on espresso, milk, syrups, ingredients, and finished beverages
• Guide, coach, and mentor junior baristas and utilities
• Conduct weekly ordering and monitor daily bar inventory
• Maintain a high standard of hospitality and customer interaction
• Complete required bar logs, checklists, temperature records, and other operational documents
• Communicate important shift updates, incidents, stock concerns, and operational issues to management

About the role
