Job summary

TrustDecision is expanding its Southeast Asian banking market and seeks an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead customer-side delivery teams and drive end-to-end project execution for bank customers. The role covers on-site and remote teams, delivering SaaS or on-premises risk systems to production on time, on scope, and within budget.

The successful candidate will manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to handover, collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Support,

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience implementing financial risk systems for banks.
8+ years in IT project management.
Proven SaaS or on-premises delivery to production.
Able to lead customer-facing implementations and manage cross-functional teams.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
PMP/PRINCE2/ PMI-ACP certifications.

Responsibilities

Own and deliver the full project lifecycle for bank customers.
SPOC between client and internal teams and vendors.
Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, RACI matrices, and delivery artifacts.
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues; manage change requests with impact analysis.
Coordinate with compliance, audit, and security stakeholders for evidence and remediation.
Lead and mentor the implementation team; ensure knowledge transfer.
Drive continuous improvement of implementation playbooks, templates, and checklists.
