Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Banking Risk Advisor to lead multi-workstream client engagements end-to-end, set the approach, manage risk and escalations, and mentor junior talent to uplift execution quality.

The role requires deep knowledge of credit risk, loan analysis, and lending policies across US banking standards, with overseas collaboration, project ownership, and a track record of delivering compliant, high‑quality work on time.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (M. Com/B. Com/MBA). Major in Banking would be a plus.
• 12+ years of experience in the banking industry with a focus in lending, credit analysis and loan review.
• Knowledge of US banking industry rules and regulations is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial lending and related collateral documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream client engagements end-to-end, setting approach and managing risk and escalations.
• Develop client relationships and serve as primary contact for assigned client engagements including scoping, planning and timelines.
• Maintain regular communication with the onshore team, client and relationship executive for streamlined client experience.
• Optimize staffing and capacity; plan, allocate tasks and manage teams to meet deadlines.
• Review loans and assess credit risk, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
