Tdecision Malaysia SDN. BHD. in Manila seeks a Senior Delivery Lead to own end-to-end technical delivery for large-scale banking projects. You will coordinate client IT, vendors, and partners to ensure scalable, production-ready solutions.

You will drive architecture and delivery governance, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure high availability, security, and regulatory compliance across multi-country delivery efforts.

Qualifications

• 8-15+ years in enterprise software delivery / system integration.
• Proven experience delivering banking or financial systems (risk, fraud, credit, payments, or core).
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale implementation projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical authority for customer projects, ensuring scalable and production-ready solutions.
• Drive on-time delivery under complex, multi-stakeholder environments (client IT, vendors, partners).
• Translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions.
• Define data models, API contracts, and system interaction patterns.
• Lead integration with client systems: core banking, LOS, payment systems, data platforms.
• Define high availability, performance, and security architecture aligned with banking standards.
• Drive architecture reviews, workshops, and design approvals.
• Manage escalation and risk with client architects and CIO teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Technical Delivery Ownership

• Act as the technical authority for customer projects, ensuring scalable and production-ready solutions
• Drive on-time, on-quality delivery under complex, multi-stakeholder environments (client IT, vendors, partners)
• Translate business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions
• Risk decision engines and rule systems
• Data integration (batch/real-time APIs, streaming)
• Define high availability, performance, and security architecture aligned with banking standards
• Lead integration with client systems: core banking, LOS, payment systems, data platforms
• Define data models, API contracts, and system interaction patterns
• Guide teams on customization vs. standard product usage, ensuring maintainability and scalability
• Act as primary technical interface to client architects, CIO teams, and delivery partners
• Drive technical workshops, architecture reviews, and design approvals
• Manage expectations and resolve complex technical escalations

5. Delivery Governance & Risk Control

• Establish delivery plans, milestones, and technical checkpoints
• Identify and mitigate risks in performance, scalability, and integration complexity
• Ensure production readiness, including deployment, rollback, monitoring, and support handover
• Support stabilization phase and critical issue resolution
• Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and system optimization
• Contribute to delivery best practices, reusable architectures, and standardization

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 8-15+ years in enterprise software delivery / system integration
• Proven experience delivering banking or financial systems (risk, fraud, credit, payments, or core systems)
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale implementation projects independently

Technical Expertise

Strong architecture experience in

• Distributed systems and microservices

Familiar with technologies such as

• Relational & NoSQL databases
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and on-prem deployments

Solid understanding of

• System integration patterns
• High availability & scalability design
• Security and compliance in banking environments

Delivery & Leadership

• Strong project execution capability with clear ownership mindset
• Ability to manage cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
• Excellent problem-solving and escalation handling skills

Communication

• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders (Architects, CIO, CTO)
• Fluent in English (additional local language is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in risk control, anti-fraud, or decision engine platforms
• Background in consulting firms or SI companies
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in Southeast Asia banking
• Experience working in multi-country delivery environments

• Able to independently lead a project from kickoff to go-live within 3 months
• Deliver production-stable systems with minimal post-go-live incidents\
• Build strong technical trust with client stakeholders
