Job summary

Coins in Manila is seeking a Senior Java Architect to lead the architectural design, development and optimization of the core cross-border payment system. You will steer the full payment link lifecycle including acquiring, clearing & settlement, and risk controls.

You will collaborate with risk, finance, product and international channels to address high concurrency, data consistency and complex settlement scenarios while driving system stability and security.

Qualifications

• Lead developer/architect for the full link of a payment system.
• Strong anti-fund loss knowledge and practical experience in handling fund loss cases.
• 5+ years of Java development experience and 2 years of architect experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimize the core cross-border payment system architecture.
• Lead implementation of the full payment link (acquiring, clearing & settlement, risk control).
• Understand and mitigate fund loss risks with technical solutions (reconciliation, audit).
• Collaborate with risk, finance, product and international channels to improve payment stability and security.
• Handle high concurrency and ensure data consistency across distributed transactions.
