Lennor Metier is seeking a seasoned Commercial Leader in Makati to drive growth across its Non-Life Insurance and Employee Benefits businesses. You will shape strategy, oversee partnerships, and lead two key divisions to achieve annual revenue targets.

In this high-visibility role, you will mentor division heads, manage major corporate accounts, and build strategic alliances with insurers and HMO providers, while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Management is required.
• Demonstrated success in personally acquiring corporate insurance and/or HMO accounts.
• Experience managing business development teams, account management functions, or multiple commercial divisions.

Mansioni

• Identify, develop, negotiate, and secure new corporate insurance and HMO accounts.
• Lead Partnerships & Business Development Division to achieve revenue targets.
• Oversee Employee Benefit Solutions/HMO division including growth, renewals, and client servicing.
• Develop and execute growth strategies; monitor revenue, pipeline, and profitability.
• Supervise division heads, establish KPIs, and coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Perform related duties as assigned by senior management.
