Pioneer Your Insurance in Makati is seeking an Account Manager to acquire new accounts and manage Affinity Accounts from our head office. You will drive new business, maintain client relationships, and ensure compliance with company protocols while delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities include financial oversight, data management, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve issues. The role requires a bachelor's degree, 2–3 years of group life/accident insurance or healthcare

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years’ experience in group life and accident insurance or healthcare preferred.
• Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.

Responsabilidades

• Meet production and profitability targets and assist in budgeting for Affinity Accounts.
• Provide excellent service to customers and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Deliver processes on time with quality, contribute to policy discussions, and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Manage data and reporting, ensure accuracy of records, and support junior team members.
