Qualifications

3+ years in process improvement or service management.
Experience in business reporting, workforce management, process automation, and continuous improvement.
Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, PowerApps, and SharePoint.
Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or PMP certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards to inform leadership decisions.
Analyze workforce data to optimize staffing and scheduling.
