Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a data analytics specialist to support Leaders and Teams with reporting, data collection, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will use PowerBI, Alteryx, Excel and SQL to analyze data and present actionable insights. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of data mining experience, strong analytical skills, and a background in mathematics, statistics or data analytics.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience using data mining to extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patterns.
• Experience with analytics tools to drive historical data trends, volume analysis and KPI visuals.
• Ability to organize and transform information into comprehensible structures.
• Comfortable predicting trends in customer base and consumer population.

Responsibilities

• Develop reporting and analysis tools to support Leaders and Teams to sustain continuous improvement in their area.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• Help develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and analytics strategies.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases/data systems.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
