Job summary

VA Masters seeks a mid-to-senior Developer & Automation Expert to own end‑to‑end automations and data workflows. You will craft reliable systems with strong architecture, across multiple databases, and maintain thorough documentation.

You will lead automation projects from concept to deployment, connect tools across the stack, and push for CI/CD–driven releases, working solo yet communicating clearly with the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on software development.
• Solid software architecture footing.
• Experience across several databases (SQL, MongoDB, Supabase).
• Strong record building automations and workflows in n8n.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and processes.
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
• Strong data engineering fundamentals.
• Capacity to turn out clear, detailed technical documentation.
• Dependable, precise, and able to work solo.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of automation projects from planning through deployment and upkeep.
• Wire up and connect tools across our stack (Supabase, Airtable, GreenAPI).
• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end automation workflows in n8n.
• Architect and manage databases.
• Handle data engineering tasks ensuring data moves reliably across systems.
• Document all developments and workflows clearly.
• Apply CI/CD best practices to deployment and releases.
• Collaborate with teammates using Git for version control.
• Improve existing automations and data pipelines.
