VA Masters seeks a mid-to-senior Developer & Automation Expert to own end‑to‑end automations and data workflows. You will craft reliable systems with strong architecture, across multiple databases, and maintain thorough documentation.

You will lead automation projects from concept to deployment, connect tools across the stack, and push for CI/CD–driven releases, working solo yet communicating clearly with the team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of automation projects from planning through deployment and upkeep.

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end automation workflows in n8n.
• Architect and manage databases.
• Handle data engineering tasks ensuring data moves reliably across systems.

We're excited to bring aboard a skilled Developer & Automation Expert with strong hands-on command of n8n to draw up, build, and take hold of end-to-end automations and data workflows across our business. This is a mid-to-senior post for a genuine developer and automations expert who brings solid software architecture footing, ease across several databases, and a disciplined habit around documentation. The right person takes complete ownership of automation projects from concept through to deployment and shines at building reliable, well-structured systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take hold of automation projects A to Z — from planning through to deployment and ongoing upkeep

• Wire up and connect tools across our stack, Supabase, Airtable, and GreenAPI included

• Draw up, build, and keep end-to‑end automation workflows in n8n

• Architect and look after databases

• Take on data engineering tasks and see that data moves cleanly and reliably across systems

• Set down clear, thorough documentation for every development and workflow

• Bring CI/CD best practices to deployment and release processes

• Work with Git for version control and collaborative development

• Diagnose, sharpen, and keep lifting existing automations and data pipelines

Mandatory Skills:
