Qualifications

• Senior/Graduate/Junior Litigation Lawyer with experience in commercial litigation, property, construction and insurance law.
• Ability to draft letters of demand, pleadings and affidavits with high accuracy.
• Strong client communication and time management for growing caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation files and procedures across multiple matters.
• Draft well-researched legal documents including pleadings and affidavits.
• Analyse client documents to identify key issues and develop strategy.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and clarify case details.
• Attend negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings when required.
• Balance growing workload with effective time management.
