Job summary

Epiroc's Regional Center of Excellence APAC invites a Senior ATR Specialist to deliver quality AtR services across entities, aligning with Best Possible Process. You will drive process improvements, harness digitalization and Robotic Process Automation as enablers, and coach colleagues to maintain procedures.

You will contribute to excellent stakeholder communication within the region and the global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field is required.
• Proven extensive knowledge in IFRS.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience with ERP systems like M3 or SAP is essential.

Responsibilities

• Entity Supervision (first point of contact) and Compliance for defined entities.
• Delivery of quality services to entities in line with SLAs and the Epiroc Way.
• Review and prioritize upcoming tasks for the team with the Team Manager weekly.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities of the team and maintain procedures.
• Participate in projects for the Regional Center of Excellence Team.
• Continuously improve processes and participate in Process Community.
• Lead collaboration with Business Controller and PtP/OtC Specialist.

As a Senior ATR Specialist you will ensure the delivery of quality Accounting to Reporting (AtR) services to the entities in scope in line with agreed Best Possible Process and the Epiroc Way. Besides performing day to day activities, you will continuously look for improvement opportunities in processes and ways of working, while using digitalization and Robotic Process Automation as an enabler to achieve further efficiencies.

You will coach and support your colleagues to achieve maximum performance and at the same time ensure that agreed procedures are maintained and adhered to within the team. You will contribute to an excellent communication flow with stakeholders in the region and relevant parts of the global organization.

The responsibilities of this position will be:

• Responsible for Entity Supervision (e.g., first point of contact) and Compliance for defined entities
• Ensure the delivery of quality services to the entities in line with Service Level Agreements and the Epiroc Way as well as business requirements
• Responsible for review and prioritize upcoming tasks for the team with the Team Manager on weekly basis
• Coordinate day to day activities of the team- Ensure agreed procedures are maintained and adhered to within the team
• Participate in projects for the Regional Center of Excellence Team
• Continuously improve processes and ways of working and participate in Process Community
• Lead collaboration with Business Controller and PtP/OtC Specialist (First Point of Contact)

Education & Experience Prerequisites

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field is required, as well as proven extensive knowledge in IFRS
• Solid accounting and finance experience, ideally within multinational companies
• Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Expertise in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint), and ERP systems like M3 or SAP is essential
