Job summary

Epiroc Global Business Services Inc. is seeking an Sr. ATR Specialist to ensure delivery of quality Accounting to Reporting services for entities within scope.

You will lead IFRS-based group reports and advise on accounting matters while advancing process improvements and leveraging digital tools, including RPA, to enhance efficiency. Responsibilities include period-end closing, reconciliations, and collaboration with auditors, with a focus on strengthening controls and global project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field, and proven extensive knowledge in IFRS
• Minimum 5 years working experience in accounting/reporting
• System knowledge in M3, BPCS, ECS, SAP BW (desired)
• Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel
• Ability to facilitate meetings, video/phone conferences, and presentations
• Ability to do business presentations and regular client communication
• Great organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and reporting processes and prepare IFRS-based group reports and other finance documents
• Provide professional advice on accounting and reporting to Business Areas and Finance team
• Ensure IFRS and Group standards compliance, and enforce controls over processes
• Participate in policies and procedures implementation and system improvements
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiency of people and processes
• Document Standard Operating Procedures
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors
• Prepare period-end closing accounting reports
• Prepare and analyze monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Participate in internal accounting and reporting projects, including international ones
• Contribute to maintenance of ISO 45001/RA 11058, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 certification programs

Job description

As an Sr. ATR Specialist you will ensure the delivery of quality Accounting to Reporting (AtR) services to the entities in scope in line with agreed Best Possible Process and the Epiroc Way.

Besides performing day to day activities, you will continuously look for improvement opportunities in processes and ways of working, while using digitalization and Robotic Process Automation as an enabler to achieve further efficiencies.

Job description

• Lead accounting and reporting processes, preparation of all IFRS based Group reports and other finance documents.

• Support Business Areas and Finance team by providing professional advices regarding accounting and reporting

• Ensure compliance to IFRS and Group standards, Business Code of Practice

• Establish proper level of controls over accounting and reporting processes, actively participate in policies and procedures implementation.

• Actively participate in process and systems improvements and development

• Strive for continuous improvement of efficiency of people and processes in responsible areas.

• Document Standard Operating Procedures

• Work with internal and external auditors

• Prepare period end closing accounting reports.

• Prepare and analyze monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts

• Actively participate and sometimes lead the internal accounting and reporting projects, including international ones

• Participate in the maintenance and continuous improvement of our Triple Certification Systems:
