Job summary

EY GDS PH is seeking a Manager - Quality Assurance and Service Delivery to lead quality standards across projects in the Philippines. You will oversee QA activities, set up dashboards, and drive improvements in delivery processes within cross-functional teams.

The role offers interaction with international EY practices and exposure to cutting-edge delivery excellence models, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and risk management. A senior professional with SDLC experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technology field and 8–12 years in delivery and service excellence.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
• Experience with quality process improvement and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of quality standards across projects.
• Act as first level quality control for deliveries.
• Conduct quarterly internal delivery reviews and guide process optimization.
• Publish dashboards and drive service delivery improvement initiatives.
