Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead assurance engagements for Asset Management clients. You will coach managers, drive delivery quality, and partner with global teams to grow the practice.

Key responsibilities include managing people and performance, strengthening client relationships, monitoring KPIs, and delivering sector-specific assurance solutions with a focus on Hedge Funds and Private Equity.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA/CPA/ACCA with extensive assurance experience.
• Asset Management sector experience, Hedge Funds and Private Equity preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach managers, empower teams and drive performance.
• Manage client relationships and engage global EY GDS and assurance teams.
• Monitor KPIs, risk controls, and service delivery quality.
• Support sector growth plans and deliver industry training.
• Promote Best Practices and knowledge sharing within Asset Management.
