Proseso Consulting, a modern accounting and finance firm serving clients in the Philippines and Singapore, seeks an Associate to deliver accurate financial outputs and maintain strong client relationships in a collaborative, tech-enabled environment.

This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals eager to build a solid foundation in professional accounting while handling a diverse portfolio of businesses; fresh graduates are welcome to apply and grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall outputs and client relationship for assigned accounts
• Follow internal accounting policies and client requirements
• Record journal entries, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and fixed assets
• Perform bank reconciliations and closing of accounts (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
• Prepare financial reports for clients
• Prepare tax filings and reports in compliance with BIR and other statutory agencies
