Job summary

Proseso Consulting, a modern accounting and finance firm serving clients in the Philippines and Singapore, seeks an experienced Manager to lead a portfolio of clients and supervise Senior Associates and Associates.

You will ensure deliverables are high quality, maintain strong client relationships, and translate financial data into actionable insights for business decisions in a collaborative, tech-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related field.
• At least 5 years of accounting or finance experience.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• Experience supervising teams and managing client engagements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outputs and client relationships for the assigned portfolio.
• Supervise and support a team of Senior Associates and Associates.
• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping, payroll, and tax deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and client requirements.
• Review financial reports prior to submission to clients.
• Discuss financial results with clients and provide practical insights.
• Monitor deadlines, quality of work, and team productivity.
• Coordinate with management on complex matters and client needs.

As an Associate, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial outputs and maintaining strong client relationships within a collaborative, tech-enabled environment.

As a Manager, you will lead a portfolio of clients and supervise a team of Senior Associates and Associates. You will be responsible for the overall quality of deliverables, client satisfaction, and team performance. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to translate financial data into clear insights for business decision-making.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a related course
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience

• Highly detail-oriented and well organized
• Able to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
