Job summary

Proseso Consulting in the Philippines is seeking an Associate to deliver accurate financial outputs and maintain strong client relationships within a collaborative, tech-enabled environment.

The role welcomes fresh graduates and focuses on supporting accounting processes including journal entries, reconciliations, tax filings, and financial reporting for diverse clients across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall outputs and client relationship for assigned accounts.
• Follow internal accounting policies and client requirements.
• Record journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
• Perform bank reconciliations and closing of accounts (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
• Prepare financial reports for clients.
• Prepare tax filings and reports in compliance with BIR and other statutory agencies.

Must Have
